List of required documents for Repatriation of Human remains to Zimbabwe:

• Death Certificate
• Copy of Deceased’s Passport or Birth certificate or Zimbabwean I.D.
• Embalming Certificate
• Infectious /Non-Infectious Disease Certificate
• Post-mortem Report
• Permit to Repatriate
• Fee: US$35 (Cash for in person visits, Money Order of Cashier’s Check when mailing)

 N.B: No body shall be repatriated to Zimbabwe without clearance from the Embassy.
